Will I receive a draft of my order?
If you have ordered a customizable item, your purchase includes unlimited complimentary revisions. After your order is placed, a member of our design team will personalize your piece using the details you provided. Please note that this is only a draft render and is not a reflection of what your final order will look like.
Your first draft will be emailed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once received, you’ll review the design and respond to either approve it for production or request minor revisions.
If revisions are requested, a second draft will be provided within 1–3 business days of receiving your feedback. Additional revisions will follow the same timeline.
To ensure your order remains on schedule, we recommend monitoring your email closely during the proofing process. We allow a 48 hour grace period to reply to the email. Should we still not hear back, the order will proceed to production and ship as shown in the most recent proof. Orders produced under these circumstances are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
What is a draft approval?
Approval of a draft confirms that you have carefully reviewed all details and verified that the content is accurate and complete. Once a draft is approved, production will begin, and Qamar Studios cannot be held responsible for any errors identified after this stage.
Because each item is custom made, approved drafts are not eligible for refunds or complimentary reprints due to customer approved errors, including but not limited to misspellings, typographical errors, omissions, layout issues, or formatting oversights. Any reprints required as a result of approved proofs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
What happens if my product is damaged during shipping?
Each order is carefully packaged using protective materials selected specifically for the product. While damage during transit is extremely rare, it can occasionally occur.
If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost and file a shipping claim on your behalf. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered. Please email clear photos and videos of the damaged item to contact@qamarstudio.com.
If your order arrives close to your event date and a replacement is urgently needed, we will make every effort to send a complimentary replacement with expedited shipping. In the unlikely event that a timely replacement is not possible, we reserve the right to issue a refund.

At this time, we offer standard shipping across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and all countries in Europe.
